As expected, the market had a hard time adding to Monday gains, but there were some winners out there. Today’s Watch List was kind of boring. However, I gotta talk about YRCW – KABOOM…
Ironically, the first winner to mention was $YRCW. One day after I said it hasn’t broken resistance, and quite honestly, when I was losing interest, it decides to rocket to the moon. I’ve been looking for the 1.75 breakout and if I would have stuck by my rules today, I would have still made 20+ % had I entered at that point. Congrats if you waited patiently for this move. Sticking to the rules DOES pay off.
$FNSR continues to move. Congrats if you got in here after MA200 support bounce.
Current Watch List:
And speaking of patience – $BCON is testing mine, but I still want to be in this and ready for a move. Tight stops, of course.
I’m taking $UIS off the Watch List because it made its move. Happy times.
Patience – again – waiting for the $PPHM move through .85.
Same story with $CFW – waiting on .80 to hit.
$ETFC – Waiting on move. I’m interested above 1.55
$UTSI – Come on 1.8 – DO IT.
Really, the same story runs all the way down the new additions to the WL. $NG had the best day and continues to look bullish.
Natural Gas Watch List Update:
The bottom 1/2 of the WL focusses on natural gas / oil plays from Sunday’s research – lots of stocks were setup and ready to move. As you can see, many of them have. I’ll just leave the Nat Gas list up for the rest of the week to see how it plays the week out.

Few economic calendar events that I’ll have my eye on:
Overall, I think the market looks top heavy and I believe we are due for some retracement or at least some consolidation. Having said that, I play for the day/moment, so I’m not too concerned which way it goes – I will prepare for either direction.
If the market looks weak:
I’m a fan of $GOOG, but we’re a little top heavy and at horizontal resistance. If the market shows weakness, I might short and look for move down to 425 range. I still think GOOG is a long-term winner. $AMCC is trying to lose support under MA50. Might be a short candidate, as well.

I’ve been preachin the love for $HEB and I finally got the breakout I was looking for. There are numerous reasons I like this stock and I think it should have enough legs to get to 3 in the short term. we’ll see.
$CPST – Full Sto is shooting up with congestion price movement. I’m looking for the breakout through MA200 soon.
$STSI – RSI and Full Sto moving up with strong volume – breakout soon?
$AGEN – Will AGEN hold MA50? If it does, I could swing it long.
$SPPI - Improving volume and rounded bottom on Full Sto. Could be an interesting long swing play here. Watching for MA20 support hold tomorrow.
$HSTX – Above 6.75
$FOE above 3.25 horizontal resistance
$FNSR – Nice move through MA200. ADX crossing. Might be an interesting swing long here.

Going down the list of today’s Watch List stocks:
PLI – Big turd today. It opened up, but failed to deliver. I didn’t play, but if I did, I would have exited failry quickly.
TPUT – On the other extreme – TPUT had a wonderful day. I called it out as a strong scalp candidate and it sure was. I missed the opportunity, but glad I found it. Was definitely a scalp-only play.. look at after hours.
CEGE looked just like PLI. Opened strong, but quickly retreated. Crappy crap today.
FNSR – Nice breakout above horizontal resistance on the small ascending triangle.
CYCC – broke below MA20 suport, so I had no interest.
LVLT – just sat there.
CTIC – didn’t do much, but I’m still interested.
PHM – great looking move today. I would like to have seen more volume, but good day, never the less.
DELL – DELL actually did it – broke through horizontal resistance and MA200. Wow.
Overall, today’s list wasn’t very productive with only a few exceptions. Time to organize and get ready for tomorrow.
