The Daily Scan

I’ve been preachin the love for $HEB and I finally got the breakout I was looking for.  There are numerous reasons I like this stock and I think it should have enough legs to get to 3 in the short term. we’ll see.

$CPST – Full Sto is shooting up with congestion price movement. I’m looking for the breakout through MA200 soon.

$STSI – RSI and Full Sto moving up with strong volume – breakout soon?

$AGEN – Will AGEN hold MA50?  If it does, I could swing it long.

$SPPI - Improving volume and rounded bottom on Full Sto.  Could be an interesting long swing play here.  Watching for MA20 support hold tomorrow.

$HSTX – Above 6.75

$FOE above 3.25 horizontal resistance

$FNSR – Nice move through MA200.  ADX crossing. Might be an interesting swing long here.

Watch List Cleanup

I only posted two watch list last week – one on the 12th and one on the 13th.  Here are the highlights/lowlights and a few I’m still intererted in:

From the 12th:

$LTXC  – Kaboom – big winner, especially if you got in before Friday.

$FTWR – Up almost 20% since mention.. nice.

$AAV – Another great move – up 15% since mention.

$GNVC – Moved up slightly, but really caught in sideways action – I’ll continue to watch as bollinger bands narrow.

$BEE – Fail

$RAD – Running sideways.  I’ll be there when it breaks out.

$LVLT – finally started moving out of the triangle by Thursday.  Great swing trade that I missed out on.

$DPTR – I called the 1.50 horizontal support and how it is testing MA50 resistance.  Good swing/day trade opportunites last week

$AMKR – Another perfect breakout at 5 horizontal resistance – Damn, how did I NOT play this one.

$MENT – I was expecting more out of MENT, but it did make me a few bucks.

Watch List Update

Quick look at what happened from the Watch List today:

$LTXC – good scalp day, but finished on MA200 like a magnet.  I’m not too interested right now, but I’ll continue to keep it around since Full Sto is looking good.

$FTWR – blah. Gapped up and finished there.

$AAV – Good open above MA200 on improving volume – nice swing setup IF I would have jumped in early.  As it is, I’m not sure if I’ll make a run at it tomorrow.

$GNVC — Another swing candidate I just didn’t get involved in.  Might open up a litte if it gets through .70.

$BEE – Great day with bounce off horizontal suport. I’m kinda disappointed in the volume, but might participate soon with volume and chatter.

$RAD – Perfect MA50 bounce today. I could kick myself for not getting in this swing opportunity.  If it breaks through MA20 tomorrow, I’m interested again.

$LVLT – Still sitting on a symmetrical triangle

$DPTR – Trying to trend back up.  I think it could run if it finds its way through 1.75.

$AMKR – Testing horizontal resistance.

$MENT – I love it. Nice pennant / cup and handle move today (I’m long).

The Daily Scan

A few big movers Friday that I’ll be watch to see if volume kicks in and we have a continuation:

$LTXC – big percentage move up to MA200, but without significant volume.  Full Sto is turning and off the lows, as well. Move through MA200 and I might take the spec play. CHART

$FTWR – acted like LTXC Friday, but failed to make it through MA200.  Watching closely for same activity.

$AAV is pushing through MA200. Does it have more upside?

New setups that I’ll be watching Monday:

$GNVC – sitting on MA200 with rounding bottom on Full Sto.  If I go long, I’ll have a tight stop just under MA200.

$BEE – are you a BEE-liever? There is some historical support at 1.00, so I’ll keep an eye on this one early in the week to see if support holds.

$RAD – What’s RAD going to do now?  Descending triangle sitting on MA50.  Drop or pop? CHART

$LVLT – Show me a symmetrical triangle and I’ll show you someone ready to participate. CHART

$DPTR – Might be finding support here at 1.50 with bottoming Full Sto.  A long swing play here with stop at 1.50 might be in order.

$AMKR – Increasing volume and now testing horizontal resistance.  I might try to swing trade this through 5.

$MENT – Cup and Handle
